Louise Reynoldson

Being active has always been a highlight in Louise's life. She was a varsity member of the track team all four years of high school and competed in the pole vault. While Louise was at the University of Oregon earning her Bachelor's Degree, she worked at the University Recreation Center as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor because she values giving back and staying involved in the community.

Louise has taught many forms of exercise: yoga, aqua fitness, strength, spin, and functional training. When a fellow instructor brought her to class, she felt like she had found a breath of fresh air. An avid athlete in the way of strength and HIIT training, her body was thankful to find this much needed route of lengthening and toning.

Outside of fitness, Louise likes to find fun spots to take her dog Oakley to play outside. Weather permitting they like to take their paddle board out and enjoy the water (ask Louise about some of her favorite paddle board spots around the city). Another favorite pastime is enjoying coffee dates with friends! She's always looking for new places to go so if you have any suggestions tell her next time you are in one of her classes!
