A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Aileen has a true passion for training, nutrition, meditation and staying current with the continually developing science behind mind and body wellness. Her passion comes from a genuine place; it’s a lifestyle around which all things in her world are centered and positively influenced. “I love keeping up with new challenges, watching my body change and knowing that I have complete control of it – through diet, training and attitude.” On a spring day in 2014 Aileen wandered into a barre studio…and the rest is history. She took one class and from that day forth it became part of her daily life, so much that it was given priority status over other forms of exercise because of its amazing benefits.
In 2012 Aileen wrapped up a 23 year career in business management to devote her time to her family. Married 11 years to her husband Michael with whom she raises two academically and athletically driven girls. When she is not at barre or the gym she is keeping pace with her girls’ busy schedules and donning a tool belt to work on her home remodel project. Her favorite DIY home project is forming concrete countertops. She also enjoys knitting and is thinking of creating a Yoda hat for her cats Will and Fig. Not really. Maybe? Yes that is definitely happening.
